Im so happy and honored with my work being used by Gaga (really),I just wanna Gaga to know the original source of the artwork and to be credited. Again, Im not angry with Lady Gaga. I wonder if even the Haus of Gaga knows about it…

Probably Gaga team hired people to make the illustration for the package and they saw your illustration and was very easy for them to just vectorize it. You should probably complain about it >: it's not fair that someone else is taking credit for your work. Why don't you try contacting someone on her website or sending her a tweet or something?
If you sued them you'd be rich by now lol
